Wojtek has been a New Haven resident for over 31 years. He has 20+ years of real estate experience helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. His personal approach, close attention to detail and his clients’ personal needs are his top priority.

He specializes in communities in Greater New Haven and along the shoreline. His expertise in historic/antique homes, contemporary architecture, multi family, condominiums, investment real estate, and rentals helps his clients to make the best decision when looking for a property.

Wojtek immigrated to the U.S. in 1990, living in thriving Greenwich Village in Manhattan, where he joined a startup software development company working as a graphics designer. The company provided software solutions for individuals and for Fortune500 companies. He continued his work with the company for the next decade, long after moving to New Haven.

In 2003, he joined the Pearce Real Estate Company. He won the “Rookie of the Year” award and was one of the Top Producers (#15) in the entire company. In 2007 he joined forces with the company’s #1 #1 agent Ray Baldelli and both established Edgehill Relators, LLC.

Edgehill's success has been built on a cohesive and collaborative foundation. The group now has 10 agents of diverse multi-national and multi-cultural backgrounds, with ten spoken languages. The team’s diversity, in personal interests and backgrounds, parallels that of the communities in and around New Haven.

Wojtek has been an avid supporter of many local non-profit organizations, involved through both volunteer work and personal support. He has been serving on the Board of Directors of the Arts Council of Greater New Haven since 2012, currently as its Vice-President. He is a member of the New Haven Preservation Trust, New Haven Museum (former New Haven Colony Historical Society) and other local organizations.

His other interests are architecture, theater, opera, and history. He enjoys reading, traveling, and learning about new cultures and places. In his spare time, he loves tennis, squash, paddle tennis, and biking.
Besides English, he is fluent in Polish and has working knowledge of Russian.
